Acceptance of Terms. By using https://pinelasflatwork.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Our Services. Pinela's Flat Work delivers Concrete Installation, Concrete Repair, Concrete Driveways, Concrete Patios, Masonry Repair. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. Pinela's Flat Work (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Pinela's Flat Work does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Damages. Pinela's Flat Work is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Pinela's Flat Work from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of KS, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in KS.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
